
As a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor I have studied under Dr.Greg Rose and Dave Phillips from the Titleist Performance Institute to learn the best ways to improve the efficiency, mobility, and longevity of your golf swing. Through a physical screen I will develop a customized training program that will provide you with the physical ability to improve your game. I can work with your Golf Pro to maximize results and if you do not currently have a Golf Pro we can work together to find you the right fit. Your Golf fitness training program will be customized to your results and can be done in personal training sessions, small group classes or on your own with our online workout program.
