MUSCLE MEMORY / PERSONAL TRAINING

GETTING STARTED!

Sessions are available Monday through Friday, and on Saturday mornings. Our studio is opened from 6:00am until 9:00pm, Monday through Friday and 7:00am to 1:00pm Saturday.

All of our packages are designed to offer the client a savings with every grouping of 10 sessions purchased. We can also include a dietary analysis, and a recommended food plan designed and based around your goals and needs with our certified nutritionist. This can be arranged by using one of your personal training sessions or by booking independently with our nutritionist.
Cancellation Policies

If you need to cancel, or re-schedule an appointment time please provide us with a 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for the session. Any cancellations without a 24 hour notice will be charged as a full session.

30/30 PACKAGES: 30 MINUTE SESSIONS.

Packages are for in-studio only:

PACKAGE 1: $252($42/SESSION)

6 sessions

Workout with a trainer 1 time a week for 6 week

PACKAGE 2: $468($39/SESSION)

12 sessions

Workout with a trainer 2 times a week for 6 weeks

PACKAGE 3: $666($37/SESSION)

18 sessions

Workout with a trainer 3 times a week for 6 weeks

START ME UP – 3 SESSIONS: $225($75/SESSION)

3 one-on-one hours of personal training.

The Start Me Up program is recommended for those individuals who are looking to begin an exercise routine, or for those who are seeking to change their existing routine.

KEEP ME MOVING – 10 SESSIONS: $700($70/SESSION)

10 one-on-one hours of personal training.

The Keep Me Moving program is recommended for those individuals who need, and want, more out of their fitness routine.

Included in our Keep Me Moving program is an optional: dietary analysis, recommended food plan designed and based around your goals and needs and a consultation with our certified nutritionist.

NEVER STOP MOVING – 20 SESSIONS: $1350($67.50/SESSION)

20 one-on-one hours of personal training.

The Never Stop Moving program was created for those individuals who demand more out of themselves and require that extra motivation and encouragement.

Included in our Never Stop Moving program is an optional: dietary analysis, recommended food plan designed and based around your goals and needs and a consultation with our certified nutritionist.

ALWAYS MOVING – 30 SESSIONS: $1959($65/SESSION)

30 one-on-one hours of personal training.

The Always Moving program is our most popular package for those individuals who are looking for a long-term commitment to their exercise program.

Included in our Always Moving program is an optional: dietary analysis, recommended food plan designed and based around your goals and needs and a consultation with our certified nutritionist.

$225 EACH($45 EACH/SESSION)

5 partner training sessions. (1 hour sessions)
