What are you currently doing at Muscle Memory, classes and personal training?
It sounds like I have nothing else to do, but I have a full time senior management job downtown but still currently I manage to do a full hour spin class, a boot camp, the wonderful new spin & strength as well as some personal training to do some specific work on strength and balance. I am a little bionic in that I have a new hip and a titanium steel plate in my arm, but I keep on going and everything is adapted to any specific issues I have.
What have you gotten out of it/what have your results been?
I made a resolve for 2012 to lose 75 pounds and I have achieved that goal in 13 months and I do owe a hunk of my success to the continued support & encouragement from the fabulous trainers and fellow fitness pals at MM to keep on going. The trainers really do take a personal interest in you. Being in the registered classes makes me accountable and encourages me to show up when believe me, those dark and rainy mornings at 6:00 a.m., it seems like there could be a lot of great reasons to not make it! I feel better both physically & mentally than I have in years!
